EmerGeo’s open standards technology and managed Common Operating Picture (mCOP^TM) design allows information stored in siloed systems to be shared securely within and among response agencies so that all decision-makers are working from the most up-to-date, relevant and validated information available. EmerGeo software supports all phases of emergency management, from a hazard risk vulnerability assessment through to response and recovery operations.

EmerGeo is built with interoperability in mind, managing horizontal and vertical information flows between decision-makers; therefore, we recognize that it is essential to integrate with other emergency planning and response software used by emergency managers, such as the WebEOC® crisis management system and ESRI’s geographic information system (GIS) technology.
